Overview

NV5 is seeking a Service Coordinator for our GRS Group who will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of Environmental, Engineering, and Seismic reports, as well as Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Plans.

In this role you will partner closely with Project Managers, Staffing Coordinators, and other team members to ensure projects are seamlessly executed, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy, organization, and client satisfaction. You'll be empowered to manage multiple projects at various stages, maintain essential project documentation, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

    Initiate projects by setting up the correct report templates in NV5's report writing system.
  • Purchase and upload environmental databases and historical information for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
  • Ensure all project-related files are organized and maintained on the server.
  • Edit and assemble technical reports and O&M Plans with attention to detail.
  • Incorporate and resolve non-technical client feedback, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Monitor project status and alert Project Managers of any discrepancies or issues with data or templates.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Proactively provide updates, request clarification when needed, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Assist Client Managers with tasks related to the entire product lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the GRS team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • This role is listed for our Irvine, CA office, but remote work is a viable option evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The pay range for this California position is $22.00- $30.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
