Our staff of nearly 6,000 provides research and technical services to governments and businesses in more than 75 countries in the areas of health and pharmaceuticals, education and training, surveys and statistics, advanced technology, international development, economic and social policy, energy and the environment, and laboratory testing and chemical analysis. The Office of Corporate Counsel (OCC) provides legal counsel and representation for RTI in all of its operations. The Associate Attorney role's responsibilities include advising internal clients on legal matters for projects in approximately seventy-five countries, including international employment matters, international litigation and compliance, and international data protection matters, among others. This attorney's responsibilities also include participating in the conduct of, and provision of advice and counsel on, internal ethics-related investigations, working with clients and partners to prevent or resolve conflicts, collaborating with U.S. and foreign governmental agencies, and negotiating contracts. This role works directly with the other members of the Office of Corporate Counsel and works closely with RTI's International Development Group, Human Resources, the Ethics Office, and other Business Groups. This is a hybrid role that will be based in our Research Triangle Park, North Carolina office 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities
