The Re-engineering Process Senior Manager is part of a small team accountable for the end-2-end process redesign of our current Production Verification Testing and Demo account processes. The role will help develop, own and operate the end-2-end business process, cross-discipline, and across the Services business. The 'What' is to fundamentally change the account opening, client definition mapping, reconciliation and proofing of test/demo accounts that are managed today. In parallel, the role will work closely with 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defense to ensure the right controls are built and managed to support the new process and put in place automated and simple process to manage the interim state. Successful outcomes will ensure we can safely execute deployments of new business capabilities and improve tooling to support sales in demonstrating our offerings to clients. The role will influence and drive multiple teams across the Services Organization. An In-depth understanding of how Services operates will contribute to achieving the objectives of the function. A good understanding of the Services industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. The role requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the Services group, combined with a solid conceptual and practical grounding in both the area of expertise supporting the current processes and related subject areas. Excellent communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing functional strategy working across product, technology and operations. The role will be accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy. Impact reflects size of team managed, strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions or businesses. Full management responsibility for multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval. A direct report to the Director responsible for the End-2-end business process re-engineering deliverables and an integral member of the functional leadership team within Services
