Your Opportunity:Taymark Inc., a Taylor Company, is seeking a Production Assembly and Support for our White Bear Lake location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operating commercial/industrial Sewing and Serge, along with other necessary machines
• Setting up the machines and tooling required for each job
• Cutting and finishing with with various production equipment as necessary
• Ironing, folding, and creasing to remove wrinkles and create clean straight folds
• Assembling, binding, and/or packaging materials and products manually
• Performing basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance
• Picking needed materials or any add-ons and other required items to pair with finished produced item
• Folding & taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking boxes on pallets according to direction
• Delivering completed orders to the next part of production or order fulfillment within the warehouse

Your Shift:

• 1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

You Must Have:

• Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work quickly to meet necessary deadlines
• Willingness and flexibility to perform a variety of different tasks
• Able to stand, sit, or bend for entire shift
• Able to read, understand, and follow production processes and instructions

We Would Also Prefer:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to operate sewing, serge, hot press, ironing machines
• Knowledge of various finishing operations and equipment related to the industry
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within industrial sewing production

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee
