Position Summary:

The Workforce Management Analyst works with the leader of Audit as well as with the Regional Field Services Manager to ensure audits are scheduled based on predetermined SLA's. They are responsible for forecasts of audit volumes and average audit completion timing within specific audit types and regions. Communicate with Regional leadership as well as corporate leadership about adherence to schedules and other SLA's. They will monitor and measure audit routing strategies to ensure efficiency. Accountable for achieving designated forecasting accuracy goals. This position may be required to perform market specific analysis to determine scheduling needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement client audit regional scheduling program for the Field Services Audit Teams.
  • Creates forecasts for use in developing schedules and building intraday plans.
  • Maintains and analyzes actual volumes compared to forecasts and recommends changes to enhance productivity and audit efficiency.
  • Offer insights and solutions to regional leadership and field auditors determined through thorough data analysis to maintain audit adherence.
  • Weekly meetings with cross-functional and/or department boundary partners to ensure achievement of team SLA's and scheduling effectiveness.
  • Ability to think creatively to incorporate new types of data into custom insights that provide direction guidance towards regional scheduling.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements.


Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects, and/or other dashboard development tools preferred.
  • Experience working with large sets of data and pulling directly from various data sources.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Workforce management experience preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and values data-driven solutions.
  • Adaptability and flexibility required to meet business priorities.
  • Analytical mindset.


Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field and up to 2 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience without a degree.
  • Relevant experience with Scheduling and/or Workforce Management highly preferred.
  • 1+ years Automotive finance experience preferred.
  • Industry/Automobile knowledge highly preferred.


Physical Demands:

  • Heavy computer and desk work.
  • Sitting for extended period.


Work Environment:

  • office environment.


USD 48,200.00 - 72,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $48,200.00 - $72,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:
