As a key member of the New York Life Investments team, the Internal Advisor Consultant plays a vital role in supporting sales distribution efforts in collaboration with External Advisor Consultants. This position is responsible for developing and executing business plans and sales strategies to grow and maintain client relationships, while also identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within their assigned territory to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of investment strategies and sales processes, coupled with a passion for driving results. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with outstanding organizational and follow-up abilities. The ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks is crucial to success in this role. Equally important, the Internal Advisor Consultant must exhibit professionalism, confidence, and excellent presentation skills. They should demonstrate enthusiasm for building relationships, a competitive drive to succeed, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals. In this position, the In-Market Internal Advisor Consultant will oversee and manage territories in Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. What You'll Do:

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
