Introduction to the job ASML, a market leader in the semiconductor lithography equipment, is looking to fill the role of Senior Project Manager, External Partnerships and Workforce Development reporting to the Strategy Execution Manager in the Wilton Management Team. As the Wilton site continues to grow, this role will drive external partnerships including target universities, workforce development organizations, and other non-supplier related external activities, helping ASML continue to innovate and to fulfill its mission to drive the advancement of microchips. Additionally, this role will personally support workforce development programs with a focus on leadership training. The candidate will be responsible for project management, execution, and reporting for projects impacting all aspects of the organization. Roles and responsibilities
Education and experience Education required in a technical field with requisite years of work experience as outlined below: Bachelor Degree with minimum 10 years of experience Masters degree with minimum 8 years of experience PhD with minimum 5 years of experience Experience
