Estimator Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and competitive bids based on architectural drawings and project specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure ongoing projects. Collaborate with draftspersons and project coordinators to ensure clear communication and assist with change orders and client interactions. Report directly to the company president, overseeing a junior estimator and contributing to the overall success of projects. Qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant experience in estimating or a related field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
