Position Overview The Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Teacher will work on a team of outstanding educators to facilitate ECFE classes for families with children birth-5 years old. Primary Responsibilities Duties of this job include, but are not limited to: *Design engaging lessons to meet the needs of individual students and families, *Lead a variety of ECFE classes for parents and children to attend together, *Participate in a professional learning community, *Develop and maintain a positive relationship with ECFE families, *Work as a part of the ECFE team to assess community needs and help determine programming that meets our families' needs, Preferences We strongly prefer candidates who have exhibited excellence in collaboration with colleagues and an enthusiasm to work with students. Preferred candidates will also have a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning, as well as participation in professional organization conferences or seminars related to the content area. Qualifications The successful candidate must have earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and hold current Minnesota State Licensure in Early Childhood. Additional demonstrated qualifications include: commitment to the equitable education of all students; creative planning and organizational skills, and highly effective interpersonal skills. Salary
