Overview

The mission of Helio Health, Inc. is: To promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. To support that mission, the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) System Administrator is responsible for all activities related to the implementation, maintenance, and analysis of the Revenue Cycle Management operating environments for the organization. This position works under administrative direction and coordinates with RCM leadership to plan, organize, and manage the H.I.T. system and related functions and to perform related duties as required.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500.00!

Pay: $66,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year.



Responsibilities

    Develops a mastery of the organization's RCM H.I.T. systems in order to provide ongoing support for all Helio Health, Inc. end-users.
  • Maintains RCM H.I.T. system performance through system monitoring and analysis; works closely with IT Staff to ensure RCM H.I.T. availability and efficient operation.
  • Provides Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, and Patient Access Implementation Support by leveraging technology and system review.
  • Provides Billing, Revenue Cycle Management and Patient Access training documentation support.
  • Provides Billing system Maintenance, including Guarantor Maintenance, Service fee maintenance, Service code maintenance, Billing Template maintenance, Benefit Plan maintenance, Sliding Fee Table Maintenance, Payment/Adjustment Code Maintenance and CARC Set up (Claim Adjustment Group/Reason Code Definition)
  • Completes all registrations for Payor Portals to receive electronic remittances.
  • Keeps supervisors informed of any billing concerns added to escalation report.
  • Provide assistance with analytics with financial reports from the billing system.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health information management, information technology, business administration, data/statistics, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of training, education, and/or experience can be substituted for the education requirement.
  • HIT for Billing Systems strongly preferred.
  • Health Information Technology experience preferred.

Salary and hourly compensation ranges are provided in accordance with NYS law and are based on Helio Health's good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
