The Department of Health Policy and Management is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the Departmental Administrator and Faculty Office. Responsibilities will involve coordination of administrative activities, office services, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, purchasing, reconciling travel and procurement cards and record management. The Administrative Coordinator will interpret operating policies of the University and work closely with the department's finance and administration team to exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems. It will be necessary to set priorities and maintain a high degree of professionalism. While this is a full-time hybrid position, the department recognizes that flexibility in work arrangements can improve productivity, morale, and work-life balance. As such, flexible working patterns will be considered as will reduced hours. Specific Duties & Responsibilities
