The Talent Acquisition, Operations Program Manager fuels excellence in delivery and execution for the Global Talent Acquisition organization. Partnering closely with internal partners, you will guide the success of The Talent Acquisition Team. Some of the responsibilities include:



  • Drives innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.





  • Identifies areas of high risk and pro-actively takes actions to positively impact program and project outcomes.





  • Provide project management expertise including, workflows, timelines, documentation, updates, and governance.





  • Communications and Change Management.



  • Data Integrity and Process Adoption



Responsibilities



  • Act as a Recruiting subject matter expert by giving perspective, insights, and knowledge- taking a consultative and systematic approach to enable the organization to achieve measurable results





  • Serve as the project manager responsible for driving execution against several key initiatives for the year in partnership with project team members





  • Responsible for orchestrating organizational change and upskilling the team on technology enhancements and process adoption





  • Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to find opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement





  • Develop and implement plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals



Basic Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of proven experience including strong program/project management skills with experience running multiple projects through completion.





  • Experience with project management tools.



Other Qualifications:



  • Experience in the recruiting field.





  • Strong skills in recruiting operations management, project execution and strategy analysis.





  • Experience communicating across a diverse group of partners.





  • Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems and confident with synthesizing data and making recommendations.





  • Interpersonal skills with outstanding attention to detail and thorough follow-up.





  • Operational skills with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team efficiencies.





  • Experience in navigating ambiguity.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$135,800 $203,800 USD
