Summary The Manager - IT Development oversees the design, development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions that enhance the experiences of Summit's members and employees. This role is responsible for executing technical projects aligned with Summit's strategic roadmap. The IT Development Manager collaborates closely with IT and business leaders to ensure development efforts meet the long-term needs of the credit union. Key responsibilities include leading a versatile, cross-functional team that adapts to changing priorities, delivering innovative solutions, mentoring technical staff, and upholding organizational development practices.
