Deployment Leader

This position will assist with the deployment of the Continuous Improvement System functions by assisting with Value Stream Analysis and Rapid Improvement Events as identified by the RIS Continuous Improvement Executive Steering Team and the Continuous Improvement System Leader. Will assist with the metrics and tools for RIS Continuous Improvement projects working with the department leadership to assure excellent quality of service is provided. Will have a significant role in serving as a liaison between areas of transformation and our customers for our functions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate projects and activities, including communication, data analytics, and policy/procedure education.

  • Report progress on assigned projects to the Improvement System Leader.

  • Ensure VSA Boards are updated by collaborating with project owners.

  • Work with management to improve efficiency and standardization across the organization.

Training and Education:

  • Provide training on the Rogers Improvement System (RIS) processes, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain records of all training and education provided.

  • Promote a team atmosphere through respect, honesty, and effective communication.

  • Support and adapt to organizational changes positively.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Understand and apply Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.

  • Participate in seminars and training to stay informed about relevant regulations.

  • Educate others on regulatory compliance within the department.

Performance Improvement:

  • Participate in and lead performance improvement initiatives.

  • Apply performance improvement models to departmental activities.

  • Contribute to hospital-wide performance improvement plans.

Committee Participation:

  • Attend hospital committees and team meetings as directed.

  • Demonstrate punctuality, preparedness, and solution-focused contributions.

  • Maintain effective communication and organizational skills.

Department Goals:

  • Promote hospital and department goals, aligning efforts with the mission of the organization.

  • Communicate goals effectively to team members and demonstrate measurable achievement.

  • Maintain department policies in line with external agency guidelines (e.g., Joint Commission, State of Wisconsin).

Additional Job Description:

Education/Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or in behavioral health required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of software programs, including Windows packages.
  • Valid Wisconsin driver license. Must be granted insurable status by the Rogers Memorial Hospital insurance policy.
