Position Responsibilities



  • Coordinate the daily operations of mail inventory (pick-up, sorting, organizing, distributing)
  • Respond timely following bank policy to comply with subpoenas.
  • Perform account research in response to questions, problems, or litigation. Provide appropriate level of details based on need and audience.
  • Handle a variety of routine and non-routine functions to support various OpenSky areas and/or vendors.
  • Assist with e-Oscar credit disputes and block notifications as necessary.
  • Monitor credit card plastic inventory and coordinate reorders as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Education & Experience



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License and car
  • Must be insured at all times


Technical Knowledge and Skills



  • Self-driven and detail oriented
  • Experience with prioritization of competing tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work successfully with wide variety of people in a team environment
  • Ability to solve problems and use sound judgement
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


Other

Ability to travel as needed.

Working Arrangements



  • This is a hybrid role expected to work in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be able to work remotely on Wednesday.



Compensation:



  • Base Salary Range: $18.71 - $25.26 hourly. Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
  • Additional Compensation: This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
