Puget Sound Energy's Transmission Policy and Contracts department is looking for a Sr Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to plan an integral role at PSE to meet our clean energy goals and to drive a transformation of the region's generation and transmission portfolio. This Sr Regulatory Compliance Analyst role is responsible for a variety of items for the Transmission Policy and Contracts team including document management, metrics reporting, FERC quarterly reports, and processing transmission and generator interconnection customer requests for service per PSE's Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT). The Sr Regulatory Compliance Analyst independently manages their work product. We're looking for candidates with a background in a variety of fields including electric utility operations, project controls, project management, engineering, contract administration, contract management, or wholesale power markets. This position also works to ensure the company meets all federal, state and other regulatory requirements and advises and trains internal departments on regulatory requirements. As a member of the Transmission Policy and Contracts team they will monitor and interpret federal and state regulations, orders and rules to stay informed of current and changing requirements. The pay range for this position is$76,500.00-$127,200.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
