For more information, visit nyit.edu. New York Tech's Office of Academic Affairs seeks a PATH Program Manager, reporting to the Senior Associate Dean of Undergraduate Student Success and Advising. This hybrid remote position will play a major role in the implementation of our Pathways for Advancing and Thriving in Higher Education (PATH) Program funded by the U.S. Department of Education Postsecondary Student Success Grant (PSSG). Position Duration: This is a full-time, benefits eligible, grant funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon avialbality of funding beyond the conclusion of the grant, which is September 30, 2028. This position is hybrid/remote and travel to both campuses is anticipated as in line with New York Tech remote work policy and grant activity needs. Responsibilities
Provide daily management and oversight of PATH Program implementation and related logistics, ensuring the timely achievement of stated goals and objectives, with a strong emphasis on robust assessment and evaluation of outcomes, complemented by regular collaboration with the entire PATH Program team.
