To support our company's expanding intercompany transaction volume and ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations, we are seeking an Business Process Analyst. This critical role will oversee the full lifecycle of intercompany transactions, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and positioning the company for future growth.
Job Duties:
Transaction Management
- Manage the end-to-end intercompany transaction lifecycle, including purchase orders, sales orders, fulfillments, receipts, and drop-ship transactions.
- Ensure accurate setup of items, pricing, and freight/shipping costs across all intercompany transactions.
- Monitor and resolve transaction mismatches or delays to maintain operational continuity.
Error Resolution
- Identify and resolve transaction errors, particularly those related to system integrations (e.g., Boomi, NetSuite).
- Act as the primary escalation point for intercompany issues across subsidiaries.
General Ledger (GL) Oversight
- Monitor accounts and general ledger entries for all intercompany transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.
Vendor & Customer Setup
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of intercompany vendors and customers to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with 10+ cross-functional departments, including Accounting, Logistics, Customer Experience, and IT, to ensure alignment and streamline intercompany processes.
- Proactively communicate updates and troubleshoot issues with stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance intercompany workflows and develop scalable solutions to support growing transaction volumes.
- Implement best practices to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience managing intercompany transactions, financial processes, or similar operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Understanding of general ledger and accounting principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
