Mechanical Technician (2nd Shift)

Element has an opportunity for a Mechanical Technician (2nd shift) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.

Salary: $24- $28/hr DOE

Interpretation of internal and client requirements
• Operating complex mechanical testing equipment
• Maintaining accurate and systematic records
• Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment
• Report writing, data interpretation and analysis

• HS Diploma required, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in an appropriate Engineering environment is a distinct advantage
• Experience of working within a Mechanical testing environment is advantageous
• An understanding of a recognised Quality Management Systems such as ISO 17025 is beneficial
• Self motivated Technician with the ability to multi task, organize and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory
