The Learning Commons is UC's central hub for academic support on the Clifton campus, providing a wide range of resources to empower students. This collaborative office offers tutoring, workshops, in-class support, and metacognitive programs designed to promote learning, a sense of belonging, and academic success. The Front Desk and Office Operations Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of three front desks staffed by student workers. This role includes overseeing the hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing management of student staff. Additionally, the Coordinator will coordinate processes and operations, including supply ordering, managing office key distribution and access, technology inventory, and basic website updates. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient front desk operations and seamless office management.This position is eligible for tuition remission, see UC Benefits information below for more details.
