Job Summary BASIC FUNCTIONThis position is responsible for developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas; conducting market analyses and recommendations; participating in salary surveys; and assisting with the annual salary compensation review. Will also support the administration of compensation including salary and API. Assist in the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of sales incentive compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned. The role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days.
