ServiceSource is proudly hiring an on-site Nurse - LPN to provide the daily, ongoing or emergency medical needs of the individuals that attend the Chantilly Community Integration Center. Our programs provide a variety of services for adults with developmental disabilities such as: community integration, skill building, active engagement, recreation, and vocational training, as well as a variety of medical and behavioral supports at all levels of intensity. Job Summary The Nurse - LPN provides first aid and nursing services to monitor and/or meet ongoing and emergency needs of participants. They ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory guidelines, including Medicaid, Licensure, CARF and other funding sources, as well as company policies and procedures. view) Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
