Major Duties

Classification: Exempt / Non-Bargaining

The Manager role in channel is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our channel pre-sales/support team. The candidate is responsible for the performance, motivation and development of the support team. This role will provide overall support to the channel sales team and partners, ensuring the team's success in obtaining financial targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and driving mutual growth. As a manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the value our partners receive from our products/services, while also identifying opportunities for expansion and increased engagement

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage pre-sales/support team
  • Monitor work volumes ensuring timely responses
  • Provide coaching/training
  • Act as primary contact for escalations
  • Promote collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate handoff and overall implementation of orders
  • Participate in virtual and in-person customer/partner meetings as needed
  • Lead special projects
  • Work directly with channel sales team ensuring adequate support for team success
  • Promotes a positive customer experience
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to organizational development and coaching designed to drive improvement of key measures
  • Strong understanding/knowledge of channel sales process
  • Planning skills to develop and implement daily operational directives designed to enhance performance, improve work processes and customer interaction/service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Understanding how to navigate internal company dynamics and prioritize resources
  • Knowledge of customer order entry and functionality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Candidate must have excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism, focus, and patience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 6 years' related experience, including 3 years' managerial.
