Major Duties
Classification: Exempt / Non-Bargaining The Manager role in channel is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our channel pre-sales/support team. The candidate is responsible for the performance, motivation and development of the support team. This role will provide overall support to the channel sales team and partners, ensuring the team's success in obtaining financial targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success, and driving mutual growth. As a manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the value our partners receive from our products/services, while also identifying opportunities for expansion and increased engagement Responsibilities
