The California Department of Corrections Rehabilitation (CDCR) Headquarters has implemented a new automated system to streamline the hiring process. The Human Resources Technology System (HRTS) is an intuitive, user-friendly system that provides the applicant access to real time updates throughout the hiring process. Working Conditions This position requires you to work with individuals who have committed sex offenses located Substance Abuse Treatment Facility at 900 Quebec Ave., Corocan, CA 93212. Travel may be required for trainings. The position(s) is eligible for hybrid telework, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment. The program operates under a 4-day 10-hour schedule with one day of telework and three days in office.
