Reporting to the Associate Director for Integration, the Senior Program Officer will lead the work of the Preferred Communities (PC) team by interpreting and implementing the scope of services prescribed by the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). This position will ensure full and timely compliance with all requirements therein. This work will be carried out through the writing of federal grant reports for ORR, administering and disseminating the PC-Intensive Case Management (PC-ICM), PC-Gap Services for Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolees (UHP), and Afghan Humanitarian Parolees (AHP) programs. This also includes community engagement materials and the professional provision of training and technical assistance (both in-person and web-based). This individual will lead the reporting process for all PC programs. The Senior Program Officer will work closely with team members to ensure data and outcomes are used to inform programmatic decisions. This position will share supervision of the full PC team with another Senior Program Officer, providing oversight of all aspects of the PC activities, including outreach, and community engagement. This position requires bold creativity and innovation with strong expertise in programmatic administration and management. This position can be remote with trips to Baltimore as needed.
