Under
the general direction of the Director of Santa Monica Security Services at the
UCLA Hospital System, you will serve as the Assistant Operations Manager with overall
department administrative issues including strategic planning, goal setting,
program development and implementation and budget administration. Serve as the Operations Manager for the SM
UCLA Medical Center when the Operations Manager is unavailable.

Assignments are given in terms of broad goals and objectives. Goal attainment is reviewed with the Director of Security Services on a continuous basis through formal and informal discussions and status reports.You will beexpected to demonstrate initiative and resourceful problem solving abilities to achieve goals. Much of the work related to program operations planning and oversight is conducted within a structure that encourages independence.
