Sinclair, Inc. is looking for a Director of Production, Podcasts to lead the overall production direction for audio + video podcasting, related social, live events, and other digital-first content across the company. This role will spearhead end-to-end workflows, manage staff and scheduling, oversee budgeting, drive innovation, and lead production across a variety of outputs including on-set, remote, and live. Ideal candidate has 10+ years production management experience across both long and short-form content within a variety of verticals. Attention to detail with an obsession for producing high quality content is key. The base salary compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. |
