Department: CPD- Southfield, MI

FULL time- 40 Hours per week- Benefit Eligible; Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday- no weekends or major holidays

GENERAL SUMMARY

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates educational activities related to clinical areas for an assigned service line or population.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.
• Serves as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice and professional development.
• Participates in the coordination and continuity of orientation programs.
