POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR intern's responsibilities may include the following: updating employee records, streamlining processes, preparing presentations, reviewing exit interview data and developing recommendations, preparing pre-payroll tasks, filing HR documents, electronic scrub, scanning, policy writing and project work. This person will report to Human Resources and will receive directions from an HR Business Partner while supporting the area.
