We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Business Partner to support our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the broader Commercial Organization. This role is an opportunity to directly contribute to the success of a high-performing team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the CCO and Commercial Organization operate efficiently, tackling challenges with confidence, professionalism, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CCO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Plan and execute meetings, conferences and key events for the Commercial Organization, ensuring logistics and communication align with goals.
  • Prepare, submit, and track contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Manage purchase orders and related documentation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Process purchase orders and manage related documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CCO and the Commercial Organization, including document preparation, data entry, and office management.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with contract management is a plus.
