Full Time Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* High School diploma or equivalency * Minimum of one year management/supervisory experience * Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively develop business * Proven ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with existing and potential customers * Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational skills * Extensive cash handling experience * Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment * Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy * Minimum of one year management/supervisory experience * Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively develop business * Proven ability to establish and maintain sound relationships with existing and potential customers * Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational skills * Extensive cash handling experience * Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment * Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy * Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment * Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are prepared based on business need and subject to change at any time. Preferred: * Two year college degree in business/management or related degree * Banking industry experience * Familiarity with banking laws and ordinances: Reg cc policies, OFAC, etc. Job Description
* Assist the Center/Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff
* Prepare work schedule, assist with the bank balancing, staff meeting, customer care and concerns * Control security video process as directed by policy and upper management * Assist in the delivery of quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, and adherence to approved quality standards * Accountable for the achievement of monthly new account production as assigned by upper management * Work closely with manager to motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production * Manage branch in the absence of the manager * Conduct training for new hires * Provide bank services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish speaking population * Complete other tasks as assigned by manager as needed to include, but not limited to, opening/closing branch Physical Requirements: * Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location * Operate a computer and other office machinery * Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs will be required FCBI is an equal opportunity employer. |
