The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support project implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hybrid in Rockland, MD

Rate: $55 - $70 / hr. w2

• Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency
• Support project implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Conduct data analysis and research to inform decision-making processes
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and research
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are a plus
