Sales Activator Manager is responsible for leading all Sales Activator(s) within the region to ensure RBDC strategy is executed to win versus competition and drive long-term sales in large format accounts. Develop and track performance measures for all direct reports and develop market solutions utilizing analytical selling approach and all available market data. Maintain positive working relationships and communications with senior level chain contacts, RBNA contacts, sales and administrative staff. EXPERIENCE
