Responsibilities include diagnosing and testing malfunctioning units to identify required repairs, replacing and swapping parts/components, and resetting loose wires within units. The technician must follow customer SOPs for correct disassembly, assembly, and diagnosis, ensuring proper parts management to eliminate losses. Additionally, the role involves testing incoming and outgoing products (computers), accurately documenting results, running testing programs, and meeting company goals. Maintaining professional conduct and appearance is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications:
