Job Details This is a Level 1 Trauma Center located at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia HospitalAs the Director of Surgical Services, you will oversee clinical and non-clinical operations within the Surgical Services Department. You'll work closely with executive leadership, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across the surgical continuum.
