Are you a dynamic leader with a strong Operating Room background and a passion for excellence in surgical services? We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead our high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance patient safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize surgical services operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain an ongoing state of readiness.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, and professional development to foster a high-performing team.
• Drive cost-effective practices while maintaining excellence in patient care.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with physicians, leadership, and care teams.
• Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• BSN & MSN required
• 5-10 years of Operating Room Experience strongly desired; minimum 5 years' experience must include acute OR experience
• 5+ years of Leadership Experience
• CNOR Preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical services operations, compliance, and regulatory standards

This position requires compliance with the Child Protective Services Act, including:

• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
• Pennsylvania Department of Welfare Child Abuse Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint-Based Federal Criminal Records Check
