EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement to lead the design, implementation and optimization of processes across our Outsourced Services Practice. This role will focus on aligning process improvement initiatives with our practice's goals, enhancing automation and digital transformation and ensuring process compliance and controls.

Note: This is a hybrid role which would require someone to be in office some days. Fully remote may be considered. This role will also require 10-20% travel to various EisnerAmper office locations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Design and implement process improvement projects that align with the practice goals and priorities.

  • Lead the deployment of a Lean Transformation with specific responsibility of initiatives and continuous improvement practices and routines.

  • Guide the current state and future state, implementation plan, along with impact and value of changes (in strong cooperation with business unit experts).

  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships to understand specific business issues and priorities to effectively integrate continuous improvement into their organization.

  • Use a standard set of Lean/Problem Solving tools and analyses to develop insight, solutions and drive the consistent use of Lean standards in the delivery of Value Stream or Function.

  • Responsible for the consistent and successful delivery of agreed standard work.

  • Guide training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers & teams.

  • Coach leaders at all levels on their role to support and sustain continuous improvement in their area including their own management practices and routines.

  • Design and establish clear roles for process owners, ensuring accountability and effective management of processes across the practice.

  • Develop, communicate, and enforce process policies, standards, and tools to ensure consistent application and adherence across the practice.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with related experience; a Master's degree in a related field is a plus.

  • 8+ years of proven experience driving results in process management, improvement and optimization with demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.

  • Professional certification required including one of the following: Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Certification or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on driving performance improvements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.

  • Demonstrated experience in program and project management, ideally in leading process improvement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience in developing and implementing process policies and standards.
