General Information: JMU's Facilities Management department currently has an opening for an IT Installation/Repair Tech. This is an in-office only position. The IT installation/Repair Tech will provide technical support for computer hardware/software application systems and networking applications. This position will train FM staff on various computer best practices along with communicating and collaborating with the University Information Technology staff as a departmental technical liaison.
