Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

- Review Subcontracts, Purchase Orders and Scopes of Work, and Owner Contract
- Assist in creating and managing the project schedule by pursuing scheduling information from Subcontractors, vendors and/or design professionals
- Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the monthly Status Report and the monthly requisition
- Assist the Project Manager in processing Cost Events (CE) by identifying potential CE's via Requests for Information (RFI), submittal review, Contract document revisions, etc.
- Assist the Project Manager in obtaining and reviewing Subcontractor cost/schedule feedback on any cost changes
- Assist the Project Manager in the coordination of QA/QC issues
- Participate in Safety reviews and/or Pre-planning meetings as necessary
- Participate in the creation and management of various punch lists by actively engaging themselves in managing the Subcontractors
- Assist the Project Manager in completing the project close-out requirements
- Coordinates on-site trades
- Coordinates among professional disciplines (i.e. architects and engineers)
- Scheduling of subcontractor manpower and materials resource
- Participates in cost control
- Document control including reviewing and tracking changes to the contract documents
- Quality control/quality assurance reviews of on-site installed materials
- Assists with punch listing and assembling close-out documents
Position Requirements & Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications. * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. * 1-3+ years project management experience in commercial construction (i.e. Construction Clerk, Project Engineer, APM). * Proficient with MS Word & Excel. Experience with CMiC, Plangrid a plus. * Strong mathematical aptitude; excellent written and oral communication skills. LF Driscoll is an equal opportunity employer. The annual starting salary for this position is between $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually depending on geography, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
