Position: Hourly Plant Administrator - bilingual in Spanish is preferred
Pay: $26.47 - $30.10/hr based on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, but must be willing and able to work overtime to include covering for 2nd shift, 11am - 7pm, when needed.

The Hourly Plant Administrator will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for HR administration functions to include; hiring hourly employees, on-boarding, payroll and a variety of HR office functions as needed. ** Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. What you will be doing:
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the plant Human Resources (HR) function.
- Oversight of the employment, application, and interviewing process for hourly, plant employees.
- Schedules drug test and ensures the completion of it. Reviews applicant selection data submitted by interviewing managers for compliance with selection criteria.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.
- Communicate promptly to Payroll about any change in personnel status.
- Conduct employee orientations. Processes all other paperwork involved in the hiring process. Follow up and ensure appropriate paperwork is on file.
- Assist in all employee relations issues; including pre-hiring testing, new hire paperwork.
- Monitor and/or tracks employee issues such as timecards, attendance, and vacation schedules.
- Office related administration including personnel files, paperwork, personal leave requests. Answers employee's questions and properly advises them on the correct use of leave. Promptly resolves leave-related issues.
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating HR related data
- Assists in the preparation of end-user documentation and/or plant HR training materials as needed
- Inputs employee data and verifies entries against forms or records. Generates and executes basic report or queries and provides summaries of date for use in analysis or decision making, validates output against system
- Active participant of the Employee Engagement Committee.
- Plan and coordinate plant events such as holiday luncheons, birthday treats, etc.
- Partner with temporary agencies to fill any hourly openings.
- Process payroll for all hourly employees (biweekly).

- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experienceor equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of previous hiring and office experience.
- Requires a minimum of high school diploma and equivalent experience
- Possess clerical, analytic, oral and written communication skills
- Work with minimal supervision
- High degree of organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Previous UKG and Workday experience preferred
