VitalSight by OMRON is a remote patient monitoring (RPM) program committed to supporting healthcare organizations in realizing remote care's potential for blood pressure management. As a leader in at-home monitoring devices, it only makes sense that OMRON designed VitalSight to make participation in a clinically relevant remote patient monitoring program easier for both patients and providers-all in pursuit of Going for Zero mission.

Financial Analyst
Support business actuals reporting and provide insightful analysis of financial results to management and stakeholders for Omron Healthcare NA (OHI). Assist with the budgeting/forecasting/monthly update cycles, within the established guidelines and procedures. Responsible for business performance analysis of the short/long term strategic business plans. Provide support to the Business Sr. Financial Manager on a wide range of projects and ad hoc operational issues, including support for decision making and business improvement initiatives. Primary resource for support of new financial planning and analysis system implementation (CPM replacement). Primary resource for internal finance/business analytical support for Digital Health and Remote Patient Monitoring initiatives.

Responsibilities:



  • Support for the implementation of new financial planning and analysis system (CPM replacement)
  • Creating and implementing useful business analytics for management; primary lead in analysis for the VitalSight and Digital Health initiative areas
  • Analysis of key customer performance metrics to develop ideas on how to grow the business
  • Tracking and analysis of Sales forecasts to provide insight towards better forecasting
  • Expense tracking, reporting and analysis support for OHI business
  • Primary lead for balance sheet reporting to OHI in alignment with OMCA Accounting
  • Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • One to three years' experience in Accounting, Finance or other related field
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and management reporting systems/tools
  • Ability to develop strong business analytics tools
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards, TM1, Anaplan, and data visualization software is highly desired


The annual salary range for this role in Illinois is $70,000 - $75,000 a year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
