A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MAINTENANCE WORKER As a Maintenance Worker, you play a key role in helping us transform raw materials into finished products. Though we are a global company, we manage each production facility like a small family. You enjoy being part of this cohesive team and do your part efficiently and effectively. You perform preventive and corrective maintenance in the plant under management supervision. Under plant leadership, crew members are well-trained and motivated to take pride in their work. Our style of leadership fosters teamwork, respect, accountability, and trust. You and your crew repair and replace pumps, gearboxes, electric motors, screw conveyors, boilers, process machinery, hydraulic equipment, and other mechanical equipment associated with a manufacturing environment. As needed, you rebuild production plant equipment such as presses and grinders. You are a troubleshooter and problem-solver. Passionate about safety, you ensure that new personnel are properly trained in accordance with OSHA. You keep all manufacturing equipment clean and ready for safety inspections. You feel good about keeping production moving efficiently while ensuring the safety of our plant and our people! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR LEAD

Prior rendering experience and management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural setting are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
