Associate, People & Culture Division, United States Social Impact (SI) is a Washington, DC-area international development management consulting firm. We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness. We work across all development sectors including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, and economic growth. Position Summary: The Associate of People & Culture will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the day-to-day people operations and organizational functions within the People & Culture Division. This role will manage responsibilities across key People & Culture functions, including but not limited to Benefits Administration, Payroll Coordination, Onboarding & Offboarding processes, Culture initiatives, and overall P&C operational support. The Associate will work with limited supervision, following a structured work plan while taking the initiative to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The Associate is expected to monitor progress, report any deviations, and seek guidance on key issues when necessary while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, and institutionalizing best practices. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering outstanding customer service. They will demonstrate initiative, a high level of confidentiality, and professional responsibility while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude. The Associate of People & Culture will work closely with team members across the division and report directly to the Senior Manager of People & Culture. Additionally, this role requires a capacity to manage competing priorities efficiently, think critically, and contribute to divisional growth and development. Pay Range Details $58,520.00 - $79,000.00 Annually This base salary range applies to Associate and Senior Associate positions at Social Impact. The range displayed does not include bonuses, overtime, compensation time, or other similar additions to base salaries. SI's offer is based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to years of experience, education level, market-based compensation analysis, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
