- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate education (MS or PhD) in an applied quantitative field or equivalent experience at a cutting-edge company - 5+ years of experience building/managing data science products powered by artificial intelligence in a large organization - Demonstrated experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and designers solving user problems with a tool/platform that was powered by AI / ML - Relevant experience in the Retail industry, including: Planning, Supply Chain processes , Product Creation & Merchandising, Commerce Experiences, Marketing, or Membership - Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail - Ability to lead cross-functional teams, enabling success by removing obstacles and developing strategic relationships throughout the business - Proven ability to be a Product advocate; can describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience - Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations, leveraging domain and industry knowledge to influence in decisions - Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis techniques to prove business value - In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks - Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban ***, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
