Job Description: As a General Laborer/Forklift at our Napoleon Operations facility, you will be pivotal in supporting our production and warehouse departments. We seek individuals who prioritize quality and safety, possess basic manufacturing skills, and demonstrate a consistent work history of 1-3 years with limited/no employment gaps. Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime as required, is essential. While forklift experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Execute assigned general labor tasks under the guidance of supervisors. Conduct regular quality and safety checks to uphold our stringent standards. Maintain accurate records and data pertaining to assigned tasks. Ensure operational efficiency by replenishing necessary supplies in a timely manner. Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the work area. Undertake additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing or related fields is highly desirable. Demonstrated work history of 1-3 years with limited/no employment gaps. Ability to adapt to various tasks and work shifts, including overtime. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods. Basic understanding of safety protocols and commitment to upholding quality standards. Strong attention to detail and dedication to completing tasks efficiently.
