Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Care Coordination Nursing or Relevant Experience
• Ability to work onsite M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide coordination and care for patients requiring assistance and support in accessing and managing their healthcare needs.
• Provide age-specific, quality, patient-centered care to all patients using nursing process and standards of nursing practice.
• Expedite appropriate care and treatment, using critical reasoning and astute clinical judgement especially given the patient may present with complex problems or potentially life-threatening conditions.
• Assess, triage, and provide nursing consultation.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
• Current license as a California Registered Nurse
• BLS Certification
• Care Coordination Nursing or Relevant Experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology; principles and practices of health promotion, risk reduction, illness and disease prevention and management; medications and drugs, common dosages, their physical and physiological effects, and possible adverse reactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey medical and research-related information to research subjects of all ages and backgrounds
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
