WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $97,000 - $135,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2025, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2025 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead & Innovate: Oversee annuity underwriting operations, focusing on structured settlement annuities. Drive strategy, productivity, and relationship-building.
- Project Ownership: Tackle high-visibility, project-based work to improve processes and ensure timely delivery of contracts.
- Team & Compliance: Cultivate and develop your high-performance team. Ensure documents meet compliance standards, manage approvals of quotes within defined parameters.
- Collaborate & Create Impact: Navigate complex, moving parts with a great team by your side and help deliver financial solutions that truly matter to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Seasoned expertise in quoting and installing complex structured settlement annuities. Experience with reviewing structured settlement case documents and demonstrated sound business judgment and risk management acumen.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams and persuade and build strong, credible, and confident working relationships with external business partners. Manage budgets, drive process improvement and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively. Accountability to stay abreast of the competitive landscape and the changing regulatory environment that governs the business.
- A passion for creating meaningful, customer-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
