Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

* Helps Fulfillment Center staff achieve daily company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.

* Enforces company policies and guidelines.

* Trains and cross-trains employees/team.

* Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques.

* Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time.

* Engages appropriate resources to get desired production results.

* Work with team on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.

* Work with Engineer to escalate technical issues.

* Communicates with and assists other departments as needed.

* Evaluates the condition of production equipment.

* Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers.

* Compiles and analyzes production records.

* Ensure focus is placed on critical needs and closed daily.

* Utilizes SAP System to create weekly scrap order and keep inventory up to date.

* Utilizes SOCC system to maintain Lumos support

* Ensure team performs all tasks with excellence and accuracy.

* Ship vendor part request shipment every week.

All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
* Previous teaching certification a plus
* Flexible work schedule to support both shifts.

Preferred Qualifications: * HS or AA Degree/Trade Certificate preferred.
