Your responsibilities

In this role you will work very closely with BILSTEIN Regional Sales Managers and our B2B customers in the automotive aftermarket industry to provide sales support.

  • Responsible for providing B2B customer sales support to assigned accounts.
  • Assist customers with securing proper product information, availability and pricing data to maximize their sales capabilities and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist B2B customers with shipment related issues and coordinate with various shipping carriers
  • Document inquiries using CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Maintain customer related data including order entry within SAP system.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide primary sales support via phone and e-mail.
  • Work 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time.

Your profile

This is a fully remote role. Travel to one of our sites may be required 1-2 times per year for training or other events. This position works 7:30am to 4:30pm Pacific Time. Our ideal candidate has the flexibility to occasionally work Eastern business hours as needed for coverage.

  • Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers the majority of the day. Low to medium incoming call volume.
  • 3 - 5+ years of customer service/sales experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
