Responsibilities The Benefits Manager performs jobs responsibilities within the framework of established Hospital procedures, policies and standards under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources. Duties and Responsibilities as follows:
Maintains employee personnel files and other relevant files current as they apply to benefits.
As you would suspect; compliance, vendor management, collaboration, customer service, benefits administration, innovation and human resource experience is vital in this position. Qualifications Required qualifications:
