Overview

Position Summary:

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide Executive-level administrative support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and other members of the NaphCare team. The role is responsible for performing routine administrative and clerical tasks. The successful candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities while adhering to deadlines, while supporting a steadily growing correctional healthcare company in its mission to improve and save lives in corrections through innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

    Scheduling and calendaring of daily and weekly events as well as making necessary travel arrangements
  • Communicating with key internal personnel and NaphCare clients
  • Creating and preparing routine correspondence and materials
  • Proofreading, verifying and editing all materials for accuracy and clarity
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to help prepare legal documents/contracts/proposals
  • Handle confidential information professionally
  • Assist with other administrative matters as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related experience supporting Executive-level corporate office in an administrative capacity
  • Must have recent experience supporting C-level from an administrative
  • High level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently
